Voiceproof is capable of recording analogue, ISDN and VoIP calls efficiently and effectively. Voiceproof is a system that records the call actively rather than passively, letting the caller know that they are being recorded and then forwarding the call on to the recipient.
The call is recorded on the Voiceproof Unit and upon completion of the call, it is encrypted and sent to the Voiceproof Secure Servers. The calls can then be accessed via the internet using Voiceproof's own encrypted secure certificates.
This means that there is no need to worry about constantly backing up calls and running out of storage space, with more than one copy being stored on different Voiceproof servers as backup. There is the added benefit of fire and theft protection by storing the calls off-site.
